This site presents the design of a model airplane suitable for competition in the indoor rubber-powered "Limited Pennyplane" class. The model needs to weigh at least as much as a single U.S Penny! That is very light, and models of this type are flown in gymnasiums and small auditoriums where they can achieve times of around 5-10 minutes, depending on the skills of the builder and flyer.
